Elmbrook School District board met March 20, 2026. The board approved a community survey for a 20-year facilities plan after debate about how project costs and mill-rate language are presented (5–2 roll call). Members also held an extensive discussion of school start-time scenarios and heard several public comments; the start-time item will return as an action item in April.
