Lexington Planning Commission work session on Feb. 19 covered the Blue Sky Small Area Plan (land-use and transportation frameworks), a zoning text amendment to implement the Urban Growth Master Plan, proposed updates to floodplain Article 19, and department data on permits, vacant land and the recently adopted Preservation and Growth Management Program.
