At the Merrimack Valley School District 2026 annual meeting, voters chose a $51.9 million operating budget, approved a three-year educatorscollective bargaining agreement, rejected an SB2 petition to move all voting to the official ballot, approved an open-enrollment policy as written, and defeated petitions to consolidate elementary schools and to bar spending at the Washington Street School.
