The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners met to adopt the county comprehensive plan and zoning regulations, consider a range of routine permits and agreements, act on Board of Equalization tax-exemption applications, approve road-equipment purchases and several conditional-use permits, and authorize a limited fee-waiver process for rebuilding structures damaged in the Cottonwood fire.
