Kiel City Council heard public comment from a mill owner alleging an unauthorized demolition and material loss; the council approved a decorative fieldstone design (color both sides) for the First Street bridge and carried several routine votes including a property sale, liquor/tobacco license and a denial of a server's-license appeal.
