Marlboro County Council on Sept. 9, 2025 approved the second reading of Ordinance No. 874 to authorize up to $3 million in special source revenue bonds for the “Delta Project,” and passed two related resolutions to pursue state grant and approval processes. Council also received finance and facilities updates and authorized staff to seek engineers and grants for county facilities.
