The Merced City Council held a study session on proposed water and wastewater rate increases, capital facility fees and related policy (Prop 218, AB2257), then convened a special meeting to consider continuing discussion of a conceptual relocation of the high‑speed rail station to Southeast Merced and authorized staff to send a letter to the rail authority to pursue further analysis.
