The Adelanto Planning Commission approved a location and development plan for a one-acre site at the southwest corner of Air Expressway and Adelanto Road to allow a 4,994-square-foot convenience store, a 1,000-square-foot quick-service restaurant and a fueling canopy; staff found the project eligible for a CEQA Class 32 infill exemption. Commissioners also heard staff announcements about the citys holiday events and adjourned for the season.
