The Weed City Council held a meeting that included consent items (Treasurer appointment), discussion and approvals of two code-enforcement ordinances, adoption of a part-time salary schedule for library and other part-time employees, and an administrative appeal hearing on the termination of Fire Chief Steven Duncan; the council adjourned to closed session to deliberate the appeal.
