Oceanside City Council met March 25, 2026. Council approved traffic and zoning ordinances, accepted the 2025 housing element progress report, adopted an AARP (age-friendly) five-year action plan and directed staff to return with steps to reestablish a senior commission, approved fire department hand-crew mutual-aid authority and fee schedule, and advanced multiple housing and HUD funding items for public review.
