The Wheeling Plan Commission approved a special use and a minor site plan to allow a heavy motor vehicle repair facility to operate at 250 Alderman Avenue, where Old World Granite will continue and a separate truck-repair operation (VA Prime) will occupy part of the building, subject to conditions including indoor-only service, six designated heavy-vehicle stalls, parking striping by June 1, 2026, and required permits and business license.
