The Imperial City Council met March 18 to hear public comment about delayed staff responses and unpermitted fair signage, receive an update from San Diego State University about its new Imperial Valley campus and housing, and approve several infrastructure and land-sale items including a water/sewer agreement for a parcel outside city limits that the council conditioned on the property owner bearing annexation costs.
