Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners heard public comments urging a proposed Washtenaw Health Project millage, approved several routine and policy items, voted to opt the county out of an Ann Arbor DDA tax increment capture expansion, endorsed a county-supported data-center moratorium for local municipalities, and authorized a sheriff's office grant for secondary road patrol and crash investigation.
