The Capitola City Planning Commission approved permits for a home renovation at 714 Escalona Drive including two ADUs and a garage variance, and approved design, conditional-use and sign permits for a new 7‑Eleven at 2178 41st Avenue after neighbor questions about easements, drainage and noise. Staff and the director also updated the commission on the Wharf master plan, the 41st Avenue corridor work, and the housing element report.
