The North Las Vegas City Council met Oct. 15, 2025, and approved the sale and a disposition and development agreement for the Old City Hall site to Agora Realty, multiple settlements including a roughly $2.9 million construction-defect settlement tied to Fire Station 53, several ordinances, and heard public comment on supplemental agenda materials and pedestrian safety near schools.
