The City of Coral Gables Historic Preservation Board met March 12 to hear three certificate-of-appropriateness (COA) applications, designate 2509 Indian Mound Trail as a local historic landmark, and approve a plan to unify 2509 and 2515 Indian Mound Trail with several variances and conditions. The board approved the COAs for properties on Alhambra Circle and the University of Miami’s Lagores House and voted to designate 2509 and to approve the owners’ plan with conditions and a study of a flat-roof connector.
