Brockton City Council met in Council Chambers to hold several public hearings and to vote on multiple appointments, grants, transfers and the adoption (as amended) of the Lovett Brook Urban Renewal Plan. The council also approved infrastructure petitions and adopted orders on energy aggregation and an easement for Eversource.
