The Massachusetts Appeals Court heard two oral arguments: an impounded termination-of-parental-rights appeal raising whether DCF must demonstrate "reasonable and/or special efforts" for incarcerated parents, and an appeal of a Sex Offender Registry Board Level 2 classification and internet dissemination order. Both cases were submitted for decision after argument.
