Onalaska Plan Commission on March 24, 2026 approved four land-use requests: a 40-unit addition to Abbey Court Apartments PUD, a conditional-use permit for a 150-foot radio monopole to serve an energy service center, a parking reduction for Grease Lightning auto service with a required recorded parking agreement, and a PUD amendment for Onalaska High School to add a weight room and reduce parking.
