At the March board meeting the Dover Area SD heard a student representative and school presentations, received a lengthy preliminary 2026–27 budget briefing that flagged growing deficits and options for tax increases, took votes on several agreements and contracts (including approving an elections agreement and tabling a Red Cross facilities pact), and heard public comments about immigrant/ESL concerns.
