Howard County Community Corrections held a routine meeting in which members approved previous minutes, accepted adult and juvenile financial reports, authorized minor budget adjustments to align with DOC and county budgets, approved updates to the work‑release participant manual (PPM) and an incentive program for in‑home detention (one nay), and reviewed jail population figures and a state survey request for the J‑RACK annual report.
