The Caddo Parish Commission held a regular session that included adoption of multiple special resolutions honoring civil-rights anniversaries, veterans and community honorees; consideration of a domestic-violence registry resolution sent to the state; and the introduction of a $32,500 appropriation for the Louisiana Rugaroo football team, which drew a public comment questioning the use of funds.
