The Ways & Means Committee met for a walkthrough of an education bill that would rename boards of cooperative educational services (Boseies) to cooperative educational service areas ("Seesaws"), mandate their statutory creation, require regional study committees and facilitators to evaluate formation of unified union school districts, and set funding and a multi-year timeline for study and implementation.
