Elk Grove Unified School District board held a regular meeting with student presentations, PBIS recognitions, union and bargaining-unit public comments, a detailed budget/priorities presentation focused on staffing and counselor reductions, an extended debate and vote to convert Adriani Elementary to a year-round multi-track calendar, renewal of a charter school, and approval of a new superintendent contract.
