The Nogatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) technical committee heard a presentation from CT Rides about the 2026 Drive Less CT challenge, reviewed and voted to recommend adoption of the CNV MPO 2027–2030 TIP (with questions about a $134 million Stevenson Dam/bridge element), approved several project cost changes and new projects (including a $3.1M Plymouth intersection and a $15.1M Beacon Falls downtown reconstruction), endorsed an on-call engineering services list, and heard briefings on a regional infrastructure vulnerability assessment, active-transportation microgrants, stormwater (MS4) reporting, tree-canopy assessment and related programs.
