Mayor called the Nov. 10 regular meeting to order at 5:08 p.m.; roll call showed Delaney, Deputy Mayor (Kevin) Kaine, Deputy Mayor Raymond and the mayor present and a quorum established.
The Garfield Mayor and Council met Nov. 10, 2025. The council introduced a first-reading ordinance regulating e-bikes and scooters (helmets required; parks and sidewalks prohibited), approved a capital appropriation of $15,000 to cover an increase in the purchase price of an EV bus and pursue a charger grant, and adopted three ordinances on final reading (one increasing cannabis Class 2 licenses, one clarifying handicap overnight parking permits, and a traffic sign correction near a school). A consent agenda passed with exception of bills for Pake Valley after councilmembers and residents raised billing inconsistencies.
