The Green Bay Common Council met March 17, 2026. The council adopted a temporary outdoor entertainment district ordinance with amended hours and a one-drink-per-person limit, denied an appeal of a dangerous-dog designation after resident testimony and prior incident reports, and amended recruitment policy to allow moving-expense reimbursement up to $10,000 for candidates living more than 100 miles away.
