Porter County Development Review Committee met April 2, 2026 to consider three docketed items: a development plan for Amulch Depot (three buildings at 910 US Highway 30), a request to vacate an ingress/egress and utilities easement for a property owned by Rodley Noel, and an informal rezoning review for Nurian West LLC to create a wetland mitigation bank on ~146 acres. The committee gave formal conditional approval to the Amulch Depot plan with documentation and permit conditions, advised Mr. Noel that his easement vacation will go to the Planning Commission April 22, and provided extensive technical feedback to Nurian West about hydrology, legal drains and long-term stewardship.
