The Lawrenceburg City Plan Commission heard two development proposals: an Encompass recovery housing site plan for Walnut Street that was tabled after residents raised parking, zoning and management concerns and questions about the levy overlay district; and the Durban Plaza senior apartment project, which the commission approved. Public commenters pressed the commission on street parking and how zoning changes occurred.
