At its Feb. 24, 2026 meeting the Minocqua Plan Commission recommended approval of Lakeside Landing Condominium Plat #05-26 to the Town Board, contingent on documentation that litigation over parking is complete, and voted to ask the chair to explore overlay zoning districts with Oneida County to address camping, shipping containers and short-term rentals. The commission approved the agenda and minutes and adjourned at 9:27 a.m.
