Tipton City Board of Public Works approved a guaranteed maximum price of $2,523,538 for the Tipton baseball project; the meeting also covered cemetery maintenance and signage, park issues including golf carts and pool preparations, planning staff changes and a zoning enforcement action, arts commission projects, and progress on the public safety building and trailhead improvements.
