A role-play/training session simulating City of Birmingham council procedure, during which participants read agenda items, heard a mayoral communications-style report, and conducted simulated votes on a zoning ordinance, a beer-and-wine license, nuisance abatements and an inoperable-vehicle abatement (one item failed).
