At the March 12 Parks Commission meeting, Thornike Development presented a proposal to convert the Lakeville Country Club site into a 418-unit senior-focused community with an 9-hole public golf course; engineers from Zenith reviewed park improvement plans including parking, ADA access, drainage upgrades and field repairs; the commission approved a limited spring field lease for FLAA through July 31 pending field conditions.
