The Utah Public Service Commission heard arguments and testimony on Rocky Mountain Power’s proposed large load service contract (LLSC), a settlement stipulation filed March 13, 2026, and a motion by the Utah Association of Energy Users for access to regulator-access-only materials needed to evaluate whether other customers are held harmless. Commissioners took evidence and may rule later on the access motion and the settlement.
