At its Feb. 3, 2026 meeting the Minocqua Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance declaring the town a Premier Resort Area Taxing (PRAT) authority, approved two land-division plats including a two-unit condominium conversion, kept a seven-day minimum for short-term rentals, and heard a first reading of an amended unlawful-assembly ordinance.
