At a March 10, 2026 special meeting, the Milford Board of Aldermen voted 11–2 to approve a five-year, 20% per-year phase-in of the October 1, 2025 revaluation to soften immediate tax increases for homeowners. The measure, based on Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-62c, requires the city to notify state OPM and the assessor to implement software changes.
