The East Hampton Architectural Review Board met March 26, 2026, and approved a public gathering and memorial installation proposed by Hamptons Pride at Wayne Scott Green, deferred a Sand and Soil Farm fencing request pending easement paperwork and a survey, and pushed the applicant for a Wainscott driveway gate to redraw a visually imposing design. Several certificates of occupancy and time-extension requests were also approved.
