At its July 21, 2025 meeting, the City of Altoona held public hearings on land acquisition for a new water treatment plant and a fireworks ordinance update, approved a site plan for Equipment Share, denied a red-tag fee refund request, adopted the fireworks ordinance aligned with Iowa Code 727.2, passed the consent agenda, and adjourned.
