The Franklin Economic Development Commission approved a site plan amendment for Lee Mechanical to add 51 parking stalls at 9909 South 57th Street and discussed its strategic-plan implementation for industrial and commercial nodes, voting to forward the plan to the common council and to enter closed session under Wisconsin statute for market-competition deliberations.
