The San José Planning Commission voted to approve staff recommendations for a 108-unit builder's-remedy housing project at the northeast corner of Camden Avenue and Single Tree Way, after extensive public comment raising concerns about loss of a Little League field, traffic and safety, tree removals and CEQA impacts. The motion passed with nine votes in favor, one abstention and one absence.
