At a meeting of the Architectural Design Review Committee, developers presented an informal review of the Midpoint Development District plan, proposing to convert part of Building 1s lower floor into about 4,600 square feet of retail; the committee discussed parking, phasing, trail construction and design tweaks and approved minutes and elected officers.
