At its March 26, 2026 meeting the Brookline School Committee heard a student report and public comment urging preservation of the district's music conservatory, reviewed personnel and budget updates including a proposed override, and spent the bulk of the evening debating a proposed student civil rights policy; staff will revise the draft with legal counsel and return it for further review.
