The Nantucket Historic District Commission met March 24, 2025 and processed a full consent calendar, approved multiple applications to relocate structures to 158 Madaket with conditions on screening, trim and roof color, and held several complex new‑construction or large‑alteration proposals for revisions or site views after commissioners and neighbors raised concerns about visibility, massing and fenestration.
