Clay County Commission heard a presentation from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Kansas City about the "Let Builders Build" campaign and discussed housing affordability, energy-code impacts and regulatory barriers; the commission also reappointed members to the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board, approved several procurement and IT items, and handled routine consent and appointment business.
