Mayor Michael Caldwell opened the regular meeting, welcomed in-person and online attendees, invited Girl Scouts to lead the pledge and introduced Rector Tyler Curley of Resurrection Anglican Church who led the invocation.
The Woodstock mayor and council met March 9, 2026. Council approved a series of parks and development items including a budget amendment and agreement for the downtown playground phase 2, a Johnson Farm master plan budget amendment, the extension of a conditional use permit at 119 Dupree Road, and a development agreement to construct a short Goshen Lane street extension; a resident delivered an extended public comment alleging immigration detention abuses.
