At 9:04 a.m. the Town of Farmington financial subcommittee approved two sets of subcommittee minutes and voted to approve invoice packages for Farmington High School and the central office; members also reviewed a change-order and contingency analysis showing roughly $1 million in error-and-omission change orders on the high school project.
