At its March 19, 2026 meeting, the Oldham County Board of Adjustments and Appeals heard two cases: an administrative revocation review of a conditional use permit for a backyard accessory structure proposed as a basketball training facility, and a conditional-use/variance request from a Wawa developer for two electronic monument signs; the board voted not to revoke the permit and approved Wawa's sign requests.
