The Vermont House convened for floor session to read bills, hear committee reports, take up multiple bills for second and third readings including measures on gardening rights, baby food safety, corrections telecommunications and wages, health care corporate practices, opioid abatement appropriations, and several other bills; multiple bills were passed by voice vote and two items were postponed to allow committee amendments.
