San Carlos City Council met June 23, 2025, issued centennial and Parks & Recreation proclamations, approved the consent calendar, and held an extended study session on a draft downtown specific plan (land use, mobility, parking and public realm). Council also heard parks items including a discovery of a sensitive plant at North Crest View Park and reviewed sites for a potential community/aquatic center.
