City of San Jose staff presented a public webinar explaining how residents can use the city's 311 service (web, app, phone), languages and confidentiality protections, typical response times and limitations, and how the city handles issues such as illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, streetlight outages, encampments and safe-parking programs.
